The Sayreville Library has created instructions for some of the most popular devices used for reading ebooks and listening to e-audiobooks from eLibraryNJ.com, the first of two of the library's ebook/e-audiobook platforms. To find out what formats your device supports, click here and find your device in the list. The below instructions will walk you through the overall process of downloading an ebook or audiobook from start to finish. Some devices can do the complete process by downloading and using the Overdrive Media Console app, while some other devices will need to start off initially on a computer, where you will need to download the Overdrive Media Console or Adobe Digital Editions, and then transfer the title over to the device.
Don't see your device? Visit this list here to see if your device is compatible. Tablets that download apps via the Google Play store should refer to the Apple/Android instructions listed above and use the Android portion of the instructions. Simple eReaders (aside from Kindle eReaders) can use the instructions for the basic Nook eReader above. If you have trouble downloading any of the above instructions, contact Aziza at firstname.lastname@example.org
